Welcome to REDFOX

We have been talking about this for a while and have finally taken the re-branding plunge. After 8 years as LTFDFIT we have now re-branded to REDFOX. Our updated website has now changed to https://www.redfoxpilates.co.uk

Why the re-brand?

LTFDFIT has served us well over the last 8 years, but we have always been asked the what does LTFDFIT stand for "Living The Fit Dream", originally the F stood for something else, but I can't include the word in this, please ask if you need further clarification. I also had someone mention that LTFDFIT sounds as though I should be replacing and selling tyres, hmmm. We also grew to realise that LTFDFIT doesn't do justice to what it is we deliver.

Why REDFOX/redfoxpilates?

In short, I have an absolute love of nature and being outdoors, hence my decision to rebrand to something that included an animal and what we do in the rebrand, I also love foxes. Thus REDFOX/redfoxpilates was born. We have a new logo and updated website.

What comes Next?

We are promulgating the re-brand news far and wide and are teaming this with our May 2026 Mat Pilates class schedule. We are also launching a REDFOX BOOSTER Package, and introducing a REDFOX apparel range and re-invigorating our range of REDFOX Sports Massage Therapies. All exciting stuff!
