Join us for our REDFOX BOOSTER package. This package is ideal for those that need a helping hand to reinvigorate their fitness and well-being regime.

Program Overview:

A results-driven training package designed to improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness through a combination of:

Body Weight Training
Resistance Training

Whats Included:

18 In-Person fitness classes over a 6 week period. Classes run on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday morning 6am-6.45am. Access to a private Facebook group, Client biometric consultation & photos, progress check-ins, and nutritional advice.

Optional bolt on packages, such as Pilates classes, sports massage and online PT sessions.
