18 In-Person fitness classes over a 6 week period. Classes run on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday morning 6am-6.45am. Access to a private Facebook group, Client biometric consultation, progress check-ins, and nutritional advice.
Optional bolt on packages, such as Pilates classes, sports massage and online PT sessions.
