Mat Pilates Classes
Join us for an invigorating Mat Pilates Class.
Our Mat Pilates classes are based on the BASI Pilates method with a strong focus on mind body connection, core strength (not just abs), mobility and strength.
These classes are a great overall body workout that will leave you feeling stronger, longer and invigorated.
Strong cues, adjustments and modifications and progressions will be provided throughout each class to ensure class inclusion.
Mat Class Levels (M1-4):
- Level M1 classes are for those new to Pilates, returning after a long break or those recovering from injury.
- Level M2 classes are Mixed Ability classes, open to all levels. It is advised that you attend a Level 1class prior to attending our Level 2 class.
- Level M3 classes are Intermediate classes for those with regular Pilates experience. These classes are challenging and are not suitable for beginners.
- Level M4 classes are challenging and are open to those with regular Intermediate-Advanced level experience. Not suitable for beginners.
